" “This is my 3rd home transaction with Tara. Obviously I am very satisfied with her work.”"

" “Absolutely Stunning! Tara helped me purchase a home way down in Mason County. She made the long drive multiple times for me. Answered all my questions and concerns. Tara was positive and flexible helping me find the property I was dreaming of. Once the property showed up Tara was quick and efficient with my offer, inspection and closing. This felt like a scary time to buy for me but Tara made the whole process easy, exciting and kind of fun. I can’t believe everything worked out the way it did. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”"

"Tara was extremely proactive! “I can’t recommend Tara Scouten enough! She exceeded our expectations as a real estate agent in every possible way. Not only did she demonstrate impeccable knowledge of the housing market, but she also employed a personalized, strategic approach to sell our home quickly and at a desirable price. Tara was extremely proactive, providing us with regular updates and taking the time to explain every step of the process, making it as seamless and stress-free as possible. It was clear to us that she was not just working to sell a house, but was deeply committed to ensuring that we had the best experience possible.”"

" “Tara was awesome we haven’t bought or sold a house in 20 years and she helped navigate all the ups and downs of all the questions and concerns we had along the way.”"
